Not sure if this'll be a regular thing, and I wasn't sure if this was going on my blog, but I thought what the hell? I'm the boss of me. And that's why I didn't use quotation marks right there.
Wednesday tends to be our movie night at the fabulous Castro Theater (pre-code movies for about 8 weeks, currently), so I don't have time to art. Last night, my new Sakura Koi Watercolor Brush-Pens came in, so I ripped open the box and decided to try 'em out quick-like before we hopped the train.

But if you listen close, you can hear a thousand hippies murmur: don't believe in anything that pulls your attention from your true Self. The bananas will come, but it's all just distraction - keep your attention where the truth of your being is.
Which reminds me of something my sister Avielle shared yesterday evening: Be like the stars that worry not how their light will shine or where their light will come from.
